- 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
- 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
- 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
- 1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
- 1/2 CUP WATER
- 1- 28 0Z CAN DICED TOMATOES WITH (BAZIL, OREGANO, GARLIC)
- 3/4 TEASPOON CHILI POWDER (OPTIONAL)
- 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
- 3/4 TEASPOON SALT (OPTIONAL)
- 1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
- 2 DASHES TABASCO ( OPTIONAL)
- 1 &1/4 CUPS UNCOOKED INSTANT RICE

Preparation
Step 1
1. BROWN GROUND BEEF.
2. ADD BUTTER, ONIONS, GREEN PEPPER, COOK UNTIL TENDER.
3. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND COOL SLIGHTLY.
4. ADD WATER, TOMATOES REST OF INGREDIENTS EXCEPT RICE.
5, BRING TO BOIL AND ADD RICE.
6. REMOVE FROM HEAT COVER AND LET STAND 7 MINUTES UNDISTURBED.
7. IF LIQUID NOT OBSORBED SIMMER A FEW MORE MINUTES.
SHOULD BE MOIST NOT RUNNY.
FREEZES WELL.
