Milky Way Cake

Ingredients

• 8 mini Milky Way bars
• 2 sticks oleo margarine or butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 1/2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 teas soda
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 2 teas vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt Milky Way bars and ad 1 stick of butter in a saucepan. Cream other stick of butter with sugar. To the butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time. Combine flour and soda and add to creamed mixture. Mix then add buttermilk, chopped nuts, and vanilla. Stir in Milky Way mixture. Bake in greased and flour dusted (or cocoa dusted) 13x9 pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour. When done, frost with Milky Way Bar Cake Icing.
