Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 teas salt
- 1/2 teas. dry mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar

Step 1
Cook in a double boiler until thick, stir constantly if you don't use a double boiler. remove from heat and add a lump of butter (oleo). Will keep 1 month in the refrigerator.
Add to potato salad with equal parts of Miracle Whip. Don't mix miracle whip and this together before adding to potato salad.
