Ingredients
- 10 ounces uncooked Spaghetti pasta
- 10 slices turkey bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup half and half

Step 1
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large saucepan over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until crisp; remove from saucepan with a slotted spoon; drain. Add onion and garlic to the saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in cooked pasta, chicken, cheese and half and half; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Toss with bacon.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve steamed broccoli on the side.
VEGETARIAN: Use soy bacon and non-breaded faux chicken patties.
KOSHER: Use a non-dairy cream such as MimicCreme and use Parmesan-flavored rice sprinkles.
