Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion(chopped)
- 2 small summer squash
- 2 small zucchini
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can Campbell's cream of Chicken soup
- 3 cups Stove Top Stuffing
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Make stuffing according to directions. Use a 2 qt. baking dish. Sautee zucchini, summer squash, and onion in butter in frying pan. Mix soup, squash, carrots, sour cream, onion, dish and dash pf pepper and salt in large bowl.
Put 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of baking dish. Add in squash mixture and put rest of stuffing on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
