Broccoli with 3 cheese sauce

Broccoli topped with a smooth blue cheese tasting sauce. A nice simple side to make when you want an elegant touch without a lot of work.

Ingredients
- 1 med. bunch of broccoli in florets
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 3 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
-In a 1 qt. saucepan melt butter & stir in flour & pepper. Cook over med heat stirring constantly until smooth & bubbly.
-Stir in milk & cream cheese, continue stirring until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil.
-Stir in cheddar and blue cheese until all cheeses are melted.
-serve over broccoli and sprinkle w/ pecans.
