Ingredients
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light-colored corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 TBS light molasses
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 cups popcorn

Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Coat a pan with cooking spray.
Combine sugar, corn syrup, butter and molasses in pan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring once. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla baking soda and salt. Place popcorn in large bowl and pour mixture over popcorn in a steady sream. Stir to coat.
Spread popcorn onto prepared pan. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir to break.
