Turkey Stuffing

Traditional turkey stuffing with excellent celery flavor. Not fancy, just darn good. It isn't thanksgiving without it.

Ingredients

• 1 stick of butter
• 4-6 eggs
• 1 1/4 loaves of bread
• 2 onions
• 4 stalks celery
• 1/4 cup milk
• celery seed salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

-take celery & onions & fry in butter, let them get a little brown.

-mix w/bread & toss

-sprinkle with celery salt & pepper

-in another container beat eggs & milk

-right before you are ready to stuff, mix the egg mixture w/ bread mixture, then sprinkle with a little extra celery seed.
