Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 pound small new potatoes
- 1 pound fresh green beans (optional, or substitute canned)
- 3 to 6 pounds beef roast
- 1 Homemade Gourmet Grandmothers Sunday Roast Mix or 12 tablespoons of the pantry staple
- 4 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place ingredients in order listed in a slow cooker.
2. Cook on high for 6-8 hours, or until meat is tender.
Baking Option: Place larger roasts in a Dutch oven or other large baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours.
