Ingredients

  • 1 . Lime Butter Sauce
  • 1/3 c fresh lime juice
  • 1 stick butter cut into 8
  • 4 t chopped cilantro
  • 3 t corn oil
  • 2 lbs shrmp
  • 2 . olive oil, garlic and lime
  • 3/4 olive oil
  • 12 garlic cloves chopped
  • 3 T. lime juice
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 1/2 shrimp
  • 3 . garlic and lemon
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp
  • 4 . Parmesan
  • 12 shrimp
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 clvoe garlic minced
  • 1/8 t salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T butter melted
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

1. boil lime juice in heavy small pan over mh heat until reduced to 2 1/2 T. 2 min. Remove from heat and whish in 2 butter p. one at a time. SEt pan over low heat and whish in remainin butter pieces, 1 at a time. Whisk in 3 T cilantro. Heat oil in h3e4vy skillet over mh heat. Add shrimp and stir fry until just opaque about 3 min. Transfer to platter pour sauce over .

2. oven 450. Combine ingredients. whish to blend mix in shrimp. let stand 20 min. bake shrimp abut 15 min.

3. oven 450. Spray baking dish and set aside. comvine ingredients. lay shrimp in baking dish, top with misture, drizzle with olive oil and season. Bake 10 min. squeeze lemon juice over shrimp before serving.

4. oven 475. Mix first three ingredients. add shrimp and toss. Ref. 30 min to an hour. In shallow bowl comine bread crums and cheese. Place each shrimp in brumb mixture and turn to coat. Arrange shrmip not touching in an ungreased 9x 13 pan. Drizzle with melted butter. bake 10 min.
