Ingredients
- 3 TBSP Original or Smokey Sweet Bar B Que sauce
- 1 TBSP Black Raspberry Jam
- 12 small jalopeno peppers
- 1/2 cup herb spread
- 6 thin slices of prosiutto, each cut into 4 thin long strips

Preparation
Step 1
Mix bar b que sauce with jam in small pot. Heat on low and stir to combine; set aside. Slice jalapenos in half from step to tip, use a sharp paring knife to remove the seeds and light colored membranes. Fill peppers with heb spread; wrap with a strip of prosiutto. Place poppers on a parchment lined baking sheet; brush with barbque mixtuire. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven until prosciutto is crispy and filling is bubbly and dark on the edges (about 20 minutes). Let stand for 2-5 minutes before serving.
