Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup grated cheese

Step 1
Melt 1/2 cup butter. Mix together with thawed hash brown potatoes, sour cream, grated cheese, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper, pour into buttered cassertole dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with crushed cornflake crumbs and melted butter. Put back in the oven and cook 15 minutes longer.
