Honey-Mustard Glazed Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Boneless pork loin roast, 11/2 pounds
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons chopped, fresh rosemary,

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, combine the chicken broth, apple juice, mustard and honey. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Season roast with salt and pepper, transfer to skillet and brown on all sides over medium high heat.
Place browned roast on insert in Perfect Meatloaf™ Pan. Brush honey mustard mixture over roast. Top with rosemary.
Pick up Perfect Meatloaf™ Pan by the sides, transfer to oven and bake 30 minutes. Brush with remaining honey mustard mixture and bake 15 minutes more, until a meat thermometer reads 160°F.
Remove Perfect Meatloaf™ Pan from oven by sides of pan to a cooling rack. Grip insert by handles and lift roast from pan. Transfer to cutting board or platter and rest 10 minutes before serving.
