- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 t. dry mustar
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 1 t. celery seed
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup olive (or other light) oil

Step 1
Combine all ingredients but the oil in a blender. Slowly add 1 cup oil while blender is still going (drizzle it in a slow, steady stream thru the hole in the blender's lid).
