Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 4 cups cake flour

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar on low speed. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add flour alternating with the milk. Mix well, scraping sides of bowl often. Frease and flour extra large cake pan.
Bake for 1 hour 50 minutes at 325. Whe done, let sit for 10 minutes before turnig out on cooling rack. Completely cool before moving (mom lets hers sit overnight.)
