Ingredients
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 packages yeast
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 small Sack flour (better for bread yellow label) Gold Medal

Preparation
Step 1
Soak yeast in warm water in a small cup. In bowl, combine oil, sugar and salt. Pour boiling water over and stir well.
Soak yeast in warm water. Add to the above. Add eggs and mix. Slowly add flour and kneed well. Place dough in a large bowl and brush small amount of oil on top. cover with towel and refrigerate over night.
Punch down dough and hand roll small pieces into balls. Place 3 balls in each compartment of greased muffin tins. Allow to rise at least 3 hours.
Bake 400 for 5 to 10 minutes.
