Asparagus Brunch Casserole

My friend Patsy made this recipe for a girlfriend Christmas brunch in 2009. It was delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 can asparagus soup
- 1.5 c to 2 c. milk or half and half
- 1 c. ham, sausage or bacon
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1 c. shredded cheese, (any flavor you prefer, but Cheddar, Colby-Jack or Gruyere work nicely)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 6 - 8 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix ingredients and pour in greased 9x12 dish.
Bake 30 - 40 minutes.
