Stuffed Celery

Ingredients

• 1 large cream cheese
• 4 tablespoons pecans chopped
• 4 tablespoons onion finely chopped
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• celery stringed
• paparika

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients. Cut celery stalke into approximately 2 or 3 inch pieces. Sprinkle each piece with salt. Fill celery pieces with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle paparika on top.
