BARBECUE SAUCE

Ingredients

• 1 cup Ketchup
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 ½ teaspoons celery seed
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• dash garlic powder
• dash pepper
• 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 ½ teaspoons prepared horseradish (optional)
• 1 medium onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with waxed paper.

Cook in microwave oven 7 minutes at high, or until hot; stir once
