Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh green beans -- cut into 1 1/2"
- Pieces
- 24 small cherry tomatoes -- halved
- 1/2 cup red onion -- chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced

Preparation
Step 1
Steam beans, plunge in cold water and drain. Combine beans, tomatoes and onion in a medium bowl.
Combine the chopped parsley and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until well-blended. Pour over the vegetables, tossing gently to coat.
