Ingredients
- 1 can (12 oz) beer
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 1 tbls Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tbls Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed (2 tsps)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper sauce
- 1/8 tsp liquid smoke
- 3 lb beef sirloin steak, 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except steak, salt, and pepper; simmer 30 minutes. Brush meat with sauce. Place steak on grill 4 inches from medium coals. Cook 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with sauce. Season with salt and pepper after turning and removing from grill. Serve with remaining sauce. 8 servings
