Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Small onion, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  • 1 Cup celery, chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup chopped pecans
  • 1 Cup Soft, Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sage

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and celery to butter and cook for a few minutes. Add salt and milk and remove pan from heat. Add pecans, bread crumbs, parsley, eggs, and sage to other ingredients. Mix well and bake in oiled loaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
