Ingredients
- 1 frozen 9 1/2 in. pie shell
- 10 slices bacon, fried crisp; crumbled
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese, grated
- 1 chopped onion, sauteed in bacon drippings
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cream
- Dash salt
- Dash black pepper
- Dash nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Prick pie crust well and bake for 5 minutes at 400. Remove and lower heat to 350. Spread bacon, onions and cheese in crust. Mix other ingredients and pour into shell. Place pan on cookie sheet and bake 30-40 minutes or until pie is firm. Cool to warm.
