Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Homemade Gourmet� BLT Seasoning
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- milk to reach desired consistency (2-6 tablespoons)
- 1 pound potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine seasoning, mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk; stir until smooth.
2. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour dressing mixture over top; stir gently to coat.
3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Variation: Add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, minced green onions, and crumbled bacon slices for a "baked" potato salad.
