Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken or turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise {light will work}
  • 1 {7oz} jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon brady streeet cheese sprinkle
  • 1/4 cup shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices Italian bread or 30 slices French bread
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine chicken or turkey, mayonnaise, artichokes, dill weed, brady street and shredded cheeses. Mix well.

Brush bread with olive oil and sprinkle with granulated garlic. Spoon the mix evenly over the bread and bake 15 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melty.
