- 2 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
- 1 8-ounce container dairy sour cream
- 1 0.4-ounce package buttermilk ranch dry salad dressing mix
- 1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Step 1
In a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker place potatoes. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture over potatoes; stir.
Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir gently before serving.
