Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients
- Teriyaki Sauce:
- 1/2 C Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 2 Tbls sweet sake' - Mirin
- 2 Tbl grated onion
- 1 Clove garlic - minced
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- Non- stick cooking spray

Step 1
In a sauce pan stir together brown sugar, soy sauce sake', onion and garlic. Cook and stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Cook uncovered until it is like a thin syrup, about 5 minutes more. Cool.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish pour teriyaki misxture over chicken and cover. Refridgerate 4-6 hours or over night. Occcasionally spooning marinade over top of chicken.
Coat the grill with non-stick spray.
Remove chicken from marinade - reserve marinade.
Place chicken on grill, grill over medium hot heat for 15-20 minutes - turning offten. Brush frequently with marinade.
