Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked smoked turkey sausage, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 3 cups frozen loose-pack diced hash brown potatoes with onion and peppers
- 2 medium carrots, coarsely chopped
- 1 15- to 16 1/2-ounce can cream-style corn
- 1 10 3/4 -ounce can condensed golden mushroom soup
- Snipped fresh chives or parsley (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Place sausage, potatoes, and carrots in a 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker. In a medium bowl combine 2 1/2 cups water, corn, and soup. Add to cooker.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Ladle into bowls. If desired, sprinkle with snipped fresh chives or parsley
