- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 3/4- to 1-inch cubes
- 1 16-ounce package loose-pack frozen stew vegetables (3 cups)
- 2 10 3/4-ounce cans condensed beefy mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup bottled sweet and sour sauce
- 1/8 to 1/4 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Step 1
In a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker place stew meat and frozen vegetables. Stir in 1/2 cup water, soup, sweet and sour sauce, and ground red pepper.
Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 10 to 11 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 to 5 1/2 hours
