Crunchy Peanut Butterballs 1 Picture


  • 125 mL (l/2 cup) peanut butter
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) honey
  • 125 mL(1/.2 cup) peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 50 mL (1/4 cup) skim milk powder
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal


Servings 18


Step 1

Blend together peanut butter and honey.
Stir in chopped nuts and skim milk powder to make a fairly stiff dough. (Add more skim milk powder if necessary).
Roll mixture into 1" balls. Coat with cereal, pressing Rice Krispies cereal into Peanut Butterballs. Store in fridge.
