Ingredients

  • MT's mom adds:
  • 3 packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup (22.5 carbs for the whole can)
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheese grated
  • 1 onion chopped fine
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • Topping (Leave this off for those avoiding carbs)
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup Pepperidge Farm dressing

Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 65mins

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter (very low heat)
Stir in dressing and set aside
Cook broccoli according to directions and drain
Add remaining ingredients except for topping
Put in 2 quart casserole
Sprinkle topping over casserole
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes (cover for the first 20 minutes to keep the topping from getting too brown)
