Ingredients
- MT's mom adds:
- 3 packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup (22.5 carbs for the whole can)
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheese grated
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- Topping (Leave this off for those avoiding carbs)
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm dressing

Cooking time 65mins
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter (very low heat)
Stir in dressing and set aside
Cook broccoli according to directions and drain
Add remaining ingredients except for topping
Put in 2 quart casserole
Sprinkle topping over casserole
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes (cover for the first 20 minutes to keep the topping from getting too brown)
