  • 1 28-ounce package loose-pack frozen hash brown potatoes with onion and sweet peppers
  • 2 cups (10 ounces) diced cooked ham
  • 1 2-ounce jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 11-ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

In a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker combine frozen hash brown potatoes, ham, pimiento, and black pepper.
In a medium bowl combine the soup and milk; pour over the potato mixture. Mix to combine. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 9 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir in parsley before serving.
