Broccoli, pepper, corn and basil rice

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blanched broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup finely chopped basil
- 3 1/2 cups cooked long grained rice
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/2 cup red and yellow pepper, diced
- 2 tsp dry red chilli flakes
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on medium heat for a few seconds.
Add the corn, broccoli and pepper, mix well and cook on medium for 2 minutes.
Add the rice, chilli flakes, salt, milk and basil, mix well and cook on medium for 2 minute, while stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately garnished with cheese.
