Ingredients
- 4 sheets nori
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 cup shoyu
- 1 tbsp ajinomoto
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Toast nori lightly.
Break into small pieces.
Put nori in pot and add water, shoyu, sugar, and salt, mixing well.
Simmer over low heat for 4-5 hours.
Add ajinomoto just before removing from heat.
Pour into jars and seal.
