Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 1/4 cup Cheez Whiz
- 4 french bread rolls, split, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 4 minutes. or until onions are golden brown and peppers are crisp-tender.
Stir in meat and Cheez Whiz; cook 3 minutes. or until Cheez Whiz is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into rolls.
