Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley, or cilantro

Step 1
1. In skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; wok garlic until softened but not browned, about 2 minutes.
2. Add shrimp and paprika; cook, stirring, until shrimp are well coated and beginning to turn pink, about 2 minutes.
3. Stir in white wine, tomato paste and salt; increase heat to high. Cook until liquid coats shrimp, about 2 mins. Stir in parsley. Serve with toothpicks.
