Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup flour for each cup of potato

Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream, butter, and salt into the mashed potatoes.
Add flour and mix well.
Roll into thin 6 inch circles.
Grill in a fry pan on both sides until slightly golden.
When cool, spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
