Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1-10 oz can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1-4 oz can green chilies
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 10-24 flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first six ingredients, mixing well, and set aside.

Heat oil in heavy skillet and dip tortilla shells for two seconds on each side. Drain on paper towels. Place 2-4 tablespoonfuls of chicken mixture on tortilla. Roll tortilla shells into rolls.

Place rolls seam side down on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown at 400 degrees.
