Ingredients
- 1 pound tilapia fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle pepper on fish fillets. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; stir-fry fish till golden brown; remove from heat. Add onion to skillet and cook until tender. Add crushed red pepper flakes and garlic; cook until fragrant. Add asparagus and cook for one to two minutes. Add the fish and serve immediately.
