Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey, (prefer 93/7)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon Heinz 57 sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce (of your choice)
- 1/2 cup minced sweet onion
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup crushed seasoned potato chips, such as Oven Baked Fries (Tom's)

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, liquid smoke, Heinz 57, Worcestershire, and bbq sauce, mixing thoroughly.
Add onion, black pepper, garlic slat, and Creole seasoning, mixing well.
Add oats, mashing them into mixture thoroughly. Let sit for 10-20 minutes to allow oats to soften and absorb flavors.
Add crushed chips, mixing thoroughly. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Fry or grill over medium heat to desired doneness, approx 10 minutes per side.
