Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans diced green chilies
- 1-4 oz can whole green chilies
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2-3 drops Tobasco Sauce
- Tomato or cilantro for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and sour cream. Stir in cheeses, diced chilies, salt, & tobasco sauce. Spread mixture into buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Open whole chilis and arrange on surface of egg mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in middle comes out clean at 350 degrees. May garnish with tomato and sprigs of cilantro.
