Ingredients
- 1 (10-12 oz) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 eggs, beaten
- sesame seed oil for frying

Step 1
Cut cheese into bite-size cubes. Combine crumbs and sesame seeds. Dip cheese in egg; coat cheese with crumb mixture. Fry a few at a time in deep hot oil for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen.
