  • 2 sticks butter at room temperature
  • 1 8oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3 C sugar
  • 6 large eggs at room temperature
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tsp sifted flour

Preparation

Step 1

Butter and flour a 12 cup bundt pan. Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy (about 4 mins) Add sugar and beat 10 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla. Beat in flour on low speed until batter is smooth.

Place in cold oven

200 for 20 minutes
250 for 20 minutes
275 for 10 minutes
300 for 1 hour

cool 15 minutes
