- 10 ounces frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans)
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
