Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup very hot coffee, or 1 tsp coffee granules dissolved in 1/3 cup boiling water
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla, or any flavored liqueur
- whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put chips in a blender and pour the hot coffee on top. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. Add egg yolks and vanilla; Puree until thick and smooth.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Pour in chocolate and fold in gently. Cover and chill at least one hour or overnight. Serve with whipped cream.
Notes: Delicious! And gets extra points for being so easy. Only problem was use of non-pasteurized eggs.
