Ingredients
- 4-5 cubed potatoes
- 1-2 c chopped celery
- 2 t salt
- 1 10 oz pkg broccoli
- 6 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
- 1 lb velveeta cheese in chunks
- 2 c milk thickened with 1/4 c flour
- 2 c carrots cut
- 1 c onion chopped
- 2 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 T dry mustard
- 1/2 t pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Steam potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion in salted 2 1/2 c water. Simmer 20 min. Add broccoli and cook 7 min more. Melt butter with flour. Stir in milk, then bouillon and seasonings. As sauce thickens, blend in cheese, then vegis. To extend add a can of cream of chicken soup undiluted
