Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp instant minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 cups chicken, cooked, and chopped
- 1 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento
- 2 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 7 oz spaghetti. cooked
- 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, combine mayo, flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk. cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Add cheese and wine. Stir until cheese melts. In large bowl, combine mayo mixture, spaghetti, chicken and broccoli, 3/4 cups almonds, mushrooms, and pimento, toss lightly. Pour into 11x7 1/2x3/4 baking dish. Top with remaining almonds. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350.
