Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- EVOO
- red pepper flakes
- 1 head of escarole, torn pieces
- salt

Step 1
Cook the garlic in a skillet w/ EVOO until golden. Add a few pinches of red pepper flakes. Stir in the escarole in batches, season w/salt & toss. Cover & cook until the greens are wilted.
