Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie, using 9-inch glass pie plate.
In 2-quart saucepan, heat brown sugar, corn syrup and butter to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and salt. Cool 10 minutes. Beat in eggs with whisk until well combined. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Heat oven to 350°F. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie, using 9-inch glass pie plate. Make up to a day in advance. After cool, just cover and store until ready to serve!
