  • 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup cake meal
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the butter, sugar and egg until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoons on greased baking sheets. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool at least 2 minutes. Remove carefully
